The decor is a bit old, but the food was good

Reserved a place on the terrace the day before and when we came it wasn't there. Nice. We just ate in there. But we both ordered a lumberjack steak and were rewarded with 3 days of stomach ache. I was still amazed that the meat was so salty. I didn't know that it was apparently bad. That was my last visit to the Linde, there are better restaurants nearby.

We were really pleasantly surprised by the food and the ambience. The service is very attentive and friendly, everything went really quickly despite the fully occupied restaurant. Absolute recommendation! The Corona regulations were also complied with.

Very bad service! At first it took forever for the waitress to come and then receive a card upon request. When the card was delivered, the waitress said that they didn't give everything anyway and they wouldn't understand why a card for drinks was needed. After that we went I haven't been "served" so unfriendly and arrogantly in a long time. 0 stars!

Delicious food and nice service

This August 2019 we had our wedding catering organized by Peter Wandinger, Gasthaus Linde. 'We had different menus to choose from, all tastefully put together, so that there was something for every budget, although our special requests were no problem. The delivery on site was punctual and the boss himself was at the grill with 2 other employees. In short, our guests were also thrilled. We are happy to recommend Gasthaus Linde not only because of this, we will be back and we will definitely use the catering service one time or another, THANKS again for the perfect evening in which Gasthaus Linde also had a large part with the food and drink contributed. Food, drinks and service were good but be aware that the prices on the menu next to the entrance must be from ages ago. For example the beer is now at least 17% more expensive. Besides this it's a nice place!

Hard working (older) service. Friendly service, however, limited card. The food is prepared with a lot of fat. Deep-frying fat was in serious need of replacement! Fortunately there was wine to wash it away. 😮

Nice restaurant. The service is attentive and good. The outdoor seating is actually nicely located. It is a bit annoying that the motorized traffic does not always keep to the speed limit and is a little too loud on the cobblestones of the road.

The service is overwhelmed and unfriendly. Can't give any information about the food. It takes forever for her to pick up the drinks and bring a menu. Let's see if the kitchen can compensate for that ... The beef broth is strong and hot ... the meat was well fried ... but the salad ... carelessly and without a tasty dressing. The fries had a tan taste in the finish ... Changing the frying fat more often would be the solution. The time from the order to the payment process contributes a full 2 ​​hours ... that doesn't work at all ... it was neither cleared nor asked for further requests ... therefore no tips and I will not enter the restaurant anymore ... .

Such a lovely restaurant that we ate there on 2 consecutive evenings. Waitress very friendly but very limited English, the chef (owner also?) speaks good English. A little bit expensive, but the food was excellent.

Very nice place in the center of Kappelrodeck. Here you get freshly prepared Baden cuisine. Very nice warm dishes in winter and in summer you can enjoy a delicious ice cream with cherry water outdoors. Operation is first class. I can only recommend it.
